I was at Gramma's house for dinner. That alone was enough to take me back but as I was leaving this little bowl of GOODIES was beckoning to me. I admit as a kid I didn't really like them, I would eat the candy off and hide the black gross stuff until I could get rid of it. I admit I ate my share last night, including the yucky black stuff! dianne

Dan, where is this stadium? Are you a blue jays fan? I used to follow the Yankees religiously but I rarely watch a game now. The boys are big fans. Your picture makes me think of hot summer nights.
ReplyDeleteDianne, I haven't had Goodies in so long (40 years OMG). We have Good and Plenty here but it's not the same. I love the inside black part and your picture took ME back to my childhood! I hope you had a nice dinner with Gramma.
I did Kim, did take pics of the dinner but the goodies were way too tempting so I changed my thought. that is the Rogers stadium in Toronto, our daughter lives almost next door, he is a jays fan and loves going to the game. That day was hot and we got caught in a storm on the way back to our daughters, it was so fun!
